Roger Ailes has resigned from FOX News Channel, FOX Business Network and FOX Television Stations as chairman and CEO. Ailes was with parent company 21st Century Fox (and its previous iterations) for twenty years. Executive chairman Rupert Murdoch will now serve as chairman and acting CEO of FOX News and FOX Business. Murdoch’s News Corporation founded FOX Broadcasting Company in the mid-1980s, later launching FOX News in 1996. Follow FOX on Twitter.
