CisionScoopHeidi Przybyla has joined MSNBC and NBC News in Washington as a national politics reporter. Most recently, she was a senior political reporter at USA Today since August 2015. Przbyla spent more than 15 years reporting on politics for Bloomberg News, including stints on Capitol Hill and the White House.

CisionScoop: The New York Times hired Vivian Wang as a full-time reporter on the Metro desk, covering state politics. She divides her time between Albany and New York. Wang has served as a James Reston Reporting fellow at the paper since last June.

Jemele Hill announced her departure from SportCenter, where she co-anchored the 6 p.m. edition alongside Michael Smith, to join ESPN’s The Undefeated as chief correspondent and senior columnist. She will also work on long-form features for ESPN’s E:60 sports newsmagazine program. Hill joined the network in 2006 as a columnist and previously hosted His & Hers on ESPN2 before moving to SportsCenter last February.

ABC News brought on Emily Goodin as a political reporter on the digital team; she is based in Washington. Goodin served as managing editor of Real Clear Politics for nearly two years and spent several years as an editor at The Hill. She has also worked as a senior communications specialist for the U.S. House of Representatives.

Senior director of promotion and audience development Israel Smith has departed NPR to join its Chicago affiliate, WBEZ-FM, in March. He will oversee the station’s on-air content as managing director of programming and audience development. Smith joined NPR in November 2012 and previously worked for PRI in programming and marketing.

Joseph Errico is now fashion director at Marie Claire. Most recently, he held the same position at NYLON and NYLON Guys since 2008. Before that, he was style director at Interview.

The New York Daily News named Jim Rich its new editor in chief, replacing interim editor Jim Kirk. Rich previously oversaw NYDN’s newsroom for nearly a year, during which the paper won its first Pulitzer Prize for public service journalism, before decamping in October 2016. He most recently served a brief stint as executive editor at HuffPost.

Reporter Rachel Witkowski has re-joined American Banker‘s Washington bureau to cover OCC, FDIC and regulations in financial technology. She previously worked for the magazine for more than five years before leaving to join The Wall Street Journal and later, Bankrate.com.  h/t Talking Biz News

The Washington Post tapped Kareem Copeland as its newest Redskins reporter, effective later this month. He most recently was a sports reporter at the AP’s Salt Lake City bureau since 2015, and before was based in Tallahassee, Florida for the news service. He previously wrote for NFL.com.

9to5Mac welcomed Guilherme Rambo to report on Apple secrets and analyze product leaks. He is based in Brazil, where he works as a Mac and IOS developer.
