CisionScoop: The Las Vegas Review-Journal welcomes Ramona Giwargis as a State Capitol reporter, based out of the paper’s Casrn City, Nevada bureau. She was previously at the Mercury News reporting on City Hall, and has also worked for the Merced Sun-Star and Patch.com.

CisionScoop: Meg Storm has left her beauty assistant role at Town & Country, and is now the beauty and style editor at Us Weekly. She spent more than three years with Town & Country, and has also worked at GlennBeck.com

Elaine Welteroth has parted ways with Conde Nast and Teen Vogue, effective immediately. She had been with the magazine since 2012, and was named editor in chief of the glossy in April 2017. She has previously worked for Glamour and Ebony.

The Wall Street Journal has welcomed their new Middle East correspondent Jared Malsin. He is stationed at the Dubai bureau but working from Cairo, and will cover North Africa. Malsin comes from TIME magazine, where he spent the last two years as the magazine’s  Middle East bureau chief. h/t Talking Biz News

Howard Goller has been named Americas head desk editor for Reuters. He has been with newswire in many capacities since 1985, including editor in charge of the world desk, Washington editor for Reuters Professional News, and most recently, the Americas desk deputy editor for news in New York City. h/t Talking Biz News

The Los Angeles Times welcomes Stephen Miller as a new assistant managing editor for digital content. He spent a decade working for  for Fox Sports Media Group, and has also served at various editorial positions at ESPN.com.

Formerly reporting out of Houston with KPRC-TV, Anoushah Rasta is now reporting out of San Francisco for KNTV-TV, the Bay Area’s NBC affiliate. She has also worked for KTSM-TV in El Pas, Texas, and KABC-TV in Los Angeles.

Louisville, Kentucky’s WLKY-TV announced that Stephon Dingle will now anchor their morning show. He comes to Kentucky after two years in Birmingham, Alabama with WIAT-TV as a reporter, and WCAV and CBS News before that.

John Teti will no longer serve as editor at large of A.V. Club. He has been with the organization as editor in chief and senior editor since 2015, and has covered pop culture, movies, music and television.

The Buffalo News has named veteran Kevin Walter editorial page editor. He succeeds John Neville, who is retiring this month after 33 years with the paper. Walter has written for Buffalo News and also served as deputy editorial page editor since 2006.
