- CisionScoop: Lorie Konish has joined CNBC as a reporter on the personal finance team. She was previously an assistant managing editor for InvestmentNews, and has covered finance for The Associated Press, Dow Jones and Source Media.
- CisionScoop: Janelle O’Dea is the new data reporter for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. She joins the newspaper from The Bradenton Herald, where she served as business reporter.
- Tara Palmeri has decamped from POLITICO and is now the White House correspondent at ABC News Network. She also serves as a political analyst on CNN.
- Steven Zeitchik is moving from The Los Angeles Times to The Washington Post, where he will cover entertainment business. He joins the staff on Oct. 23. Steve has been covering the movies and entertainment industries since 2009.
- Allison Prang is heading to The Wall Street Journal to become a breaking news reporter. She comes from American Banker, where she covered community banks. Prior to that, she was a business reporter for The Post and Courier in Charleston, S.C.
- Julie Alvin has been named senior digital director at Time Inc. and will oversee all lifestyle content platforms, which include Southern Living, Real Simple, InStyle and HelloGiggles. Alvin was previously the executive editor for Bustle.
- Kenneth Tucker has left FOX News Channel. He served as a news producer overseeing content and structure of news shows. Prior to joining FOX he was a producer on CNN and Anderson Cooper 360.
- Greg Kelly is leaving Good Day New York after nine years as co-host. Prior to joining Fox 5 NY, he served as correspondent for FOX News.
- Jon Levine is now the media editor for TheWrap. Levine has had tenures with Mediaite, Mic and CCTV, and written for The New York TImes and The Atlantic.
- Fox 26 Houston adds Ivory Hecker to its roster of reporters. Hecker comes from KARE-TV in Minneapolis. As a seasoned journalist, she has reported for WLEX-TV in Lexington, Kentucky and WACH-TV in Columbia, South Carolina.
