Mark Bittman has joined New York magazine’s food vertical, Grub Street, as a columnist contributing weekly recipe videos, twice-monthly cooking columns, and monthly news columns covering food policy and politics. He will also contribute occasional features for New York magazine. Bittman previously spent five years writing about food policies and politics for The New York Times but stepped away to join a food startup.
