Two programming executives at FOX Business Network recently received promotions. Gary Schrier, is now senior vice president of programming after rejoining the network in 2015 following a stint with CNBC. Filling his previous role as vice president of programming is Tom Bowman, who most recently was director of programming at FOX Business for two years.
