Pradnya Joshi is leaving her post as the assistant business editor for digital news at The New York Times, to join POLITICO at the end of May as the agriculture and trade editor. Joshi has been with The NY Times since 2006 when she joined the paper as a staff editor. Prior to that, she spent almost a decade at Newsday; she had also worked as a business reporter for both the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the Los Angeles Times. Follow POLITICO on Twitter.
