David Plummer is a new executive producer at  WCIU-TV in Chicago. He will oversee the launch of the station’s new weekday news and lifestyle morning broadcast slated to launch mid-summer. Plummer comes from Chicago’s ABC-affiliated WLS-TV, where he was part of the launch team of the morning show Windy City Live. He joined WLS-TV in 2008 and has also worked as an EP for the station’s At the Movies, Ebert & Roeper, and Siskel & Ebert shows. Follow WCIU-TV on Twitter.
