Black Entertainment Television has bid farewell to Stephen Hill and Zola Mashariki. Hill had served as the president of programming at the nework since 2014, and prior to that was the president of music and specials programming. Connie Orlando, the senior vice president of specials, music, programming will handle his duties as the interim head of programming. Mashariki had been the executive vice president and head of original programming at BET since April 2015. Prior to that she was a senior vice president of production at Fox Searchlight.
