Longtime business and investigative news journalist, James G. Wright, is joining Louisville’s Courier-Journal as the paper’s new investigations editor; he begins his duties in late May 2017. Wright will lead a team of reporters who will focus on government, business, nonprofits and other powerful organizations that play a big role in shaping people’s lives. Wright is currently completing a one-year Knight-Wallace journalism fellowship at the University of Michigan, and prior to that he worked as an editor at the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
