Amy Fiscus will join The New York Times’ Washington bureau on April 3, 2017 as national security editor. She is currently a Washington bureau editor overseeing White House coverage for Los Angeles Times.

Prior to joining Los Angeles Times, Fiscus served in editorial positions for the Philadelphia bureau of the Associated Press from 2009 through 2014. She also held editor roles at The Charlotte (NC) Observer and The Republican-American in Waterbury, Connecticut. Follow The New York Times on Twitter.
