Quartz has hired two new full-time staffers, Ananya Bhattacharya and Ephrat Livni. Bhattacharya starts as a tech writer for Quartz India in early June. She has worked as an editorial fellow since last September, and was an intern before that. Livni joins as a culture, language and legal reporter after serving as a contributor since late last year.
