The medical and healthcare desk at Fox News has a new contributor in Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, who is chair of the Department of Medical Ethics and Healthcare Policy at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Emanuel also served as special adviser on health policy in the Obama administration, helping create the Affordable Care Act.
