James Taranto has been named editorial features editor for The Wall Street Journal, where he will oversee all print and online op-ed content. Taranto joined the paper in 1996 as a reporter. He began overseeing OpinionJournal.com in 2000 and also writing the Best of the Web column, both of which were incorporated into WSJ.com in 2008.
