Washington Monthly has added two staffers to its masthead, and shifted roles for a third.
- Gilad Edelman has joined as an editor primarily working on the print magazine. He has previously written for Slate and The New Yorker.
- Saahil Desai has joined as a digital editor, responsible for the website and social media. He previously interned for the publication, as well as NPR’s Morning Edition and The American Prospect.
- Anne Kim is transitioning from policy editor to senior writer. She joined the staff in October 2015.
