The Village Voice has named Stephen Mooallem editor in chief, effective December 29. He is currently the executive editor of Harper’s Bazaar, a position he has held since 2014. Mooallem has also served as editor in chief of Interview magazine for four years. Upon taking the helm at The Voice, Mooallem will be responsible for the redesign of the print pub and a new website, in addition to his other editorial responsibilities.
