Executive editor John Bodette will retire from the St. Cloud Times as of Dec. 23, 2016. He joined the newspaper in 1974 as a wire editor. Bodette has since served as news editor, city editor, and was named managing editor in 1986. He has served as executive editor since 2006. Lisa Schwarz will step in as top editor on Dec. 24, 2016 with the title of news director. Schwarz currently serves as content strategist and audience analyst for the newspaper. She joined the St. Cloud Times staff in 2003, and has served as city editor, breaking news editor and metro editor. For more news from Minnesota, follow the St. Cloud Times on Twitter.
