- Bill Spindle has been named South Asia bureau chief in New Delhi. He previously served as a senior writer covering global energy.
- Gordon Fairclough, previous South Asia bureau chief, has relocated to London to cover politics and economy for EMEA.
- Alastair Gales has been named Japan Editor at the Tokyo bureau after previously serving as bureau chief in Seoul, South Korea.
