Washington public radio affiliate WAMU-FM has announced the replacement for Diane Rehm’s midday slot following her retirement. 1A, named for the First Amendment, will debut on Jan. 2. Hosted by KQED alum Joshua Johnson, the show will explore important cultural issues and strive to continue Rehm’s legacy of civil discourse coupled with thoughtful analysis. Follow WAMU on Twitter.
