Philadelphia Media Networks has named Kim Fox as the managing editor for audience development for all its digital properties, including Philly.com, the Philadelphia Daily News Online and Philadelphia Inquirer Online. Fox will start in her new role on Dec. 12, and was previously a London-based senior engagement editor for Bloomberg News. Prior to that she was the director of local strategy for CBS Local Digital.
