Kris Osborn has been named editor in chief of Defense Systems magazine. He continues to write for the military-focused site Scout Warrior, where he has served as managing editor since 2015. Prior to that role, he worked for Military.com. Before that, he worked at the Pentagon as a highly qualified expert and information liaison for the office of the assistant secretary of the Army – acquisition, logistics and technology.
