The Signal has promoted two key editorial staffers and hired a third. Lila Littlejohn, who has been with the paper as managing editor, is moving up to editorial page editor. In her place, Jana Adkins has been promoted to fill the position of managing editor. Adkins has spent the last six years with The Signal as business editor. The paper has also snagged Paul Parcellin, hiring him as their new business editor. Parcellin previously worked as a freelance contributing writer for The Signal.
