Paul Eakins has joined the Los Angeles Business Journal as a transportation reporter. Eakins comes to the LABJ from the Orange County Register, where he served as local editor and a senior editor during his two year stint. Prior to that he was at the Long Beach Register as city editor for a year and a half, and spent nearly six years at at the Long Beach Press-Telegram, starting as a reporter in 2007.
