Jessica Sidman was recently named The Washingtonian’s new food editor, and she should be pretty familiar with the city’s food scene already since she’s served as food editor for the Washington City Paper since May 2012. Taking her place as the Washington City Paper’s food editor and Young & Hungry columnist is Laura Hayes. Hayes has been a freelance food columnist in Washington for three years, and previously served as dining editor for Bisnow.com and founder and editor of the DC food blog Best Thing on the Menu.
