The New Yorker will welcome Jezebel alum Jia Tolentino later this month as a staff writer for its website. Tolentino worked as deputy editor at Gawker’s women-centric website since 2015, joining the staff as features editor the previous year after serving as a contributing editor for The Hairpin.
