Federal Times has added Kathleen Murphy to its staff as editor. She has replaced Jill Aitoro, who left Federal Times in March to join Defense News as an editor. Murphy was most recently a research specialist for the legislative and budget process section of the Congressional Research Service. Before that, she was an assistant editor at MLex and managing editor for CQ Roll Call. Follow Federal Times on Twitter.
