Nancy Gauss has been named executive director for video at The New York Times. She has been the deputy editor for video at the paper for the past two years and was a senior producer for a year prior to that. In addition, Lisa Tobin has been hired as the Times’s first ever executive producer for audio, a role she will begin this month. She was previously a senior producer at WBUR-FM (Boston).
