Paige Mudd will become executive editor and vice president of news for the Richmond Times-Dispatch as of July 1. Mudd will be replacing Daniel Finnegan who is now executive editor and publisher of The News & Record. Mudd was named editor of the Times-Dispatch one year ago, the first woman to hold the office.
