Steve Carter has been named president and general manager of TEGNA Inc.’s Denver stations, KUSA-TV and KTVD-TV. He previously served in the same role for Portland, Maine NBC affiliate WCSH-TV, also owned by TEGNA. Carter succeeds Mark Cornetta, who has become executive vice president at the company.
