Lauren Dolgen is leaving MTV after nearly two decades with the channel. Since March 2015, Dolgen was the head of reality programming and executive vice president of series development for MTV. She was previously head of West Coast reality programming and executive vice president of series development for MTV for two years prior. For three years before to that, she held the title of senior vice president of series development, West Coast for MTV. She joined Viacom in 1997 as a production associate on VH1’s Behind The Music and joined MTV in 1998 where she served as a production coordinator.
