Melissa Cronin has left Gawker to focus on her fellowship at Grist. She was serving as the site’s weekend editor. Cronin co-founded Potluck Magazine and her freelance work has appeared in Vice, The Nation, Discovery and Slate. She was also previously a staff writer for The Dodo.
