Teen Vogue has promoted Elaine Welteroth to editor. She replaces Amy Astley, who has joined Architectural Digest as editor in chief. Welteroth joined Teen Vogue in 2012 as beauty and health director, following a year-long stint with Glamour magazine as beauty editor and writer.
