Jonathan Diamond has been named editor of the Los Angeles Business Journal. He replaces Charles Crumpley, who is moving to the San Fernando Valley Business Journal to serve as editor and publisher. Diamond was most recently managing editor for the LABJ since 2013, and first joined the staff as assistant managing editor in 2000. Crumpley has been editor of the LABJ since 2006, and previously worked in newspapers at The Times-Picayune, The Daily Oklahoman and The Kansas City Star.
