Shannon Mulaire will join New England Cable Network as an anchor and reporter starting April 4. Mulaire is currently an anchor for Early Today on NBC and First Take on MSNBC. Prior to those roles, she was a morning anchor at Boston Fox affiliate WFXT-TV for three years, joining the station in 2010 as a reporter.
