Renee Rupcich and Rachael Wang have joined Allure. Rupicich has been named design director. Previously, she served as a design director for Nylon magazine from October 2014 to December 2015. Wang has been appointed fashion director. She previously served as fashion market director for Style.com and Nylon.

Additionally, the following staffers were let go: creative director Paul Cavaco; managing editor Felice Kaplan; fashion director Siobhan Bonnouvrier; executive editor Kristin Perrotta; and senior market editor Jennifer Yee.
