Bloomberg Markets has faced changes recently with the exit of several staffers, including Portland- based Anthony Effinger. Effinger had been with Bloomberg since 1992, and was most recently serving as a senior writer for Bloomberg Markets. William Mellor and David Evans, both senior writers, are also out. Evans had been with Bloomberg since 1992. Senior editors Robert Dieterich and Gail Connor Roche have exited as well. Dieterich had been with Bloomberg Markets for eight years.
