Chicago Reader has promoted Tal Rosenberg to culture editor. Rosenberg had previously been the paper’s digital content editor since October 2011. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing and editing all arts and culture coverage. Additionally, Brianna Wellen has been named an associate editor, up from editorial assistant.
