Bloomberg has announced the addition of two staffers to its Washington bureau. Kevin Whitelaw will be starting in January as an editor covering congress for the news service. He comes to Bloomberg from CQ Weekly, where he has been serving as the editor since May 2015. Also starting in January is Steven T. Dennis, who joins as a correspondent covering the United States Senate. He is currently a leadership editor for Roll Call, a position he has held since 2013. Before that, he served as a white house correspondent and house reporter for Roll Call. Additionally, Katherine Snyder has departed Bloomberg. She had been executive editor of breaking news since 2013. For the latest in political news coverage, follow along on Twitter.
