The Quad-City Times has named their newest publisher, Deb Anselm. She will replace the outgoing Greg Veon who is retiring. Veon had been the publisher since 2011 and had been with the parent company, Lee Enterprises, for the past 40 years. Anselm was formerly the general manager and vice president of sales and marketing at the Lee Enterprise-owned newspaper, The Times.
