The newsroom at TIME has seen a few changes recently including a promotion and a departure. Bryan Walsh has been promoted to international editor at the magazine, previously serving as foreign editor since October 2014. Walsh has worked for TIME since 2001, first joining the staff as a reporter in Hong Kong, later serving as Tokyo bureau chief and a longtime writer and editor on the environment and energy beat. Additionally, reporter Eric Dodds has left the outlet, where he was a reporter since September 2010, covering television, film, pop culture and sports.
