The Daily Show with Trevor Noah is ramping up to its Sept. 28 premiere, and has announced three new correspondents joining the team, including: Ronny Chieng, most recently working in Australia as a stand-up comedian; Desi Lydic, an actress who has been seen on MTV’s Awkward and Not Another Teen Movie; and Roy Wood, Jr., a regular comedian on Conan who has also appeared on several late shows. Behind the scenes, Baratunde Thurston has also joined The Daily Show as a supervising producer. Thurston is president and co-founder of digital comedy company Cultivated Wit.
