Apple News has hired Etan Horowitz, until recently senior mobile editor for CNN, as senior lead editor. At CNN, Horowitz oversaw day-to-day and strategy for the network’s mobile website as well as iOS, Android, and Windows Phone apps, and previously served as a digital media producer since joining in January 2010.
