Cision Blog regrets to inform its readers that Professor Dan Reimold has passed away. Reimold was an assistant professor of journalism at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia where he was additionally was faculty adviser for the student newspaper, The Hawk. He was a recognized influencer in college media and penned the popular blog College Media Matters. Prior to his appointment at St. Joseph’s University, he served as an assistant professor of journalism at the University of Tampa and a visiting assistant professor of journalism at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University.
