Marjorie Kaplan has been promoted to president of content for Discovery Networks International, where she is based in London. Prior to her promotion, she helped launch Discovery Kids, and briefly ran Discovery Channel. Rich Ross has replaced Kaplan, and he is now group president at Discovery. He is based in Los Angeles.
