Advertising Age has promoted Kenneth Wheaton to editor in charge of all operations. Wheaton has been the managing editor of the publication since 2010, and has been with the outlet since 2000. Filling his vacated role as managing editor is Natalie Zmuda, who had been the deputy managing editor since July 2014. Before that she was the marketing editor for the publication for three years, a role was was promoted to after joining Advertising Age as a reporter in January 2008. Before that, she worked for Footwear News from December 2002 to January 2008.

Also promoted was Nat Ives, who was also a deputy managing editor, and is now the outlet’s executive editor. He was previously the media editor and served as a media reporter before that. Prior to joining the Advertising Age in June 2005, he was a business reporter covering the advertising industry at the New York Times since August 2002.
