Shelly Darby has been named managing editor for Palm Beach Daily News. She succeeds Elizabeth Clarke who has been promoted to editor. Darby joins the Daily News, also known as the “Shiny Sheet,” from The Detroit Free Press where she worked as a deputy editor for copy editing and digital.
