Manu Raju has left POLITICO as a senior congressional reporter to join CNN as a senior political reporter covering Congress and the 2016 election, starting Sept. 8. Before he joined POLITICO in November 2008 as a staff writer, he was a Senate reporter for The Hill since May 2007. Before that, he served as an energy reporter for Congressional Quarterly since May 2006. Prior to that, he covered pollution control at Inside EPA magazine.
