National Public Radio has named Jami Floyd as the host of NPR’s All Things Considered, New York edition, on WNYC-AM. Floyd  joined the station as a host and reporter in June, and was previously a legal contributor at Al Jazeera America since 2013. Before that, she served as host of TED Talks in NYC from February 2012 until March 2013. Floyd started in journalism at CBS news magazine, Day & Date, as a legal analyst in 1995.
