Dallas CBS affiliate KTVT-TV has added Laurie Passman as assistant news director, starting August 31. She comes to the station from KTVK-TV in Phoenix, Arizona, where she had been assistant news director. Before that, she worked at KOB-TV in Albuquerque, New Mexico as news director. CJ Hoyt has also joined KTVT as managing editor, having previously worked at WTOL-TV in Toledo, Ohio as news director .
