Cision Blog regrets to inform its readers that Joe Williams has passed away. Williams had been the film critic at the St. Louis Post-Dispatch since 2000, and was previously an entertainment section editor. He joined the paper in 1997 as a features writer, and made appearances on local broadcast stations KTRS-AM and KMOV-TV. Williams was a founding member of the St. Louis Film Critics Association and later served as its president.
